You can store your luggage at GO City Lockers, located in the heart of Valencia near major attractions and transport hubs.

It’s very simple:

1. Book your locker online.

2. You will receive a confirmation email with your QR code and numeric access code.

3. When you arrive at the location, scan your QR code or enter your numeric code on the keypad to unlock the entrance door.

4. Once inside, go to the Panel.

5. At the Panel, you can either:

   • Enter the same numeric code, or

   • Scan your QR code.

Yes, you can book multiple lockers in one reservation. Simply select the number of lockers you need during the booking process.

The premises are equipped with security cameras that record continuously. Access to the building and lockers is only possible with a valid personal numeric code or QR code.

Yes, of course! You can access your locker as often as you need during your reservation

Currently, reservations cannot be extended directly in the system. Our customer support team can temporarily block the locker until the customer returns and pays the additional fee

No problem! Please check your confirmation email. There you can modify your booking and change the locker size, as long as lockers in the desired size are still available.

If your booking was successful but you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact our support team and we will help you retrieve your booking.

Yes. After payment you will automatically receive a payment receipt (simplified invoice with VAT) by email.

Yes. After your booking you will receive a payment receipt automatically. If you require a full invoice with company details, please contact us and we will provide it.

Bookings cannot be cancelled online. Cancellation is only possible at the locker panel in our store. You can modify your booking if your prefered size locker is available.

If you want to cancel your booking, please cancel the reservation manually in your management panel and process the refund there as well. Currently, cancellations cannot yet be done automatically via email. This functionality will be added in a future update
