Our medium lockers fit cabin suitcases, backpacks or small travel bags.

Located just 1 minute from the iconic Torres de Quart and a 6-minute walk from Mercat Central, our lockers are perfectly positioned in the vibrant heart of Ciutat Vella.
We are also only 6 minutes from Ángel Guimerà metro station and right next to a bus stop, with taxis passing by regularly. This makes GO City Lockers extremely easy to reach from anywhere in Valencia.
Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Valencia Cathedral and the impressive Torres de Serranos are all within comfortable walking distance, allowing you to explore the city with total ease.

It’s very simple:
Book your locker online.
You will receive a confirmation email with your QR code and numeric access code.
When you arrive at the location, scan your QR code or enter your numeric code on the keypad to unlock the entrance door.
Once inside, go to the Panel.
At the Panel, you can either:
Enter the same numeric code, or
Scan your QR code.

Yes, you can book multiple lockers in one reservation. Simply select the number of lockers you need during the booking process.

Yes. Our location is secured with 24/7 video surveillance.
The premises are equipped with security cameras that record continuously. Access to the building and lockers is only possible with a valid personal numeric code or QR code.

Our luggage storage is fully self-service and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All payments are securely handled by our trusted payment provider, Stripe, ensuring safe and reliable transactions.

Yes, of course! You can access your locker as often as you need during your reservation

Currently, reservations cannot be extended directly in the system. Our customer support team can temporarily block the locker until the customer returns and pays the additional fee

No problem! Please check your confirmation email. There you can modify your booking and change the locker size, as long as lockers in the desired size are still available.

If your booking was successful but you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact our support team and we will help you retrieve your booking.

Yes. After payment you will automatically receive a payment receipt (simplified invoice with VAT) by email.

Yes. After your booking you will receive a payment receipt automatically. If you require a full invoice with company details, please contact us and we will provide it.

Bookings cannot be cancelled online. Cancellation is only possible at the locker panel in our store. You can modify your booking if your prefered size locker is available.

If you want to cancel your booking, please cancel the reservation manually in your management panel and process the refund there as well. Currently, cancellations cannot yet be done automatically via email. This functionality will be added in a future update
